10-Year Warranty Policy for Vittelo Belts
Warranty Coverage: At Vittelo, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship and durability of our products. This is why we offer an extensive 10-year warranty on our belts. This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Duration of Warranty: The warranty period is 10 years from the date of original purchase.
What Will We Do: If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either:
- Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
- Offer a partial refund based on the remaining warranty period.
How to Claim: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at orders@vittelo.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Exclusions and Limitations: This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage resulting from improper use, maintenance, or installation, or use not in accordance with product instructions.
- Damage caused by external factors such as collisions, fire, floods, theft, or improper ventilation.
Transferability: This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
Other Conditions: This warranty is void if the product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any alterations (including the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover).
